At Ice n Spice Indian Restaurant & Bar, our story is rooted in culture, passion, and a love for authentic Indian cuisine. Hailing from Rajasthan, a northern state of India known for its rich culinary heritage, Jasvinder and Preet found love in Australia and were married in 2008. As a professional chef, Jasvinder always carried a deep passion for cooking and exploring flavors that represent the vibrant traditions of Indian cuisine.

With a shared dream of bringing their culture and diverse flavors to the community, Jasvinder and Preet decided to start their own restaurant. Their vision was simple: create a place where people could experience genuine Indian hospitality and enjoy dishes inspired by traditional recipes and bold spices.
In 2012, they moved from Brisbane to Toowoomba and proudly opened Ice ’n’ Spice, now known as one of the most loved Indian restaurants in Toowoomba. Since then, the restaurant has become a place where authentic flavors, warm service, and cultural tradition come together.
At Ice ’n’ Spice, every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, aromatic spices, and a passion for sharing the true taste of India. Our goal is to offer more than just a meal, but an experience that brings people together through food, culture, and hospitality.
